Processing Time:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: $10 for all orders. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping: $15 flat rate for all orders. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • DealJoyStore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to P.O. boxes using standard shipping methods only. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@dealjoystore.com with your order number and tracking information.
  • We will investigate and take appropriate action to ensure you receive your order.

Damages

  • DealJoyStore.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
